Speedway Indoor Karting (SIK) will be leasing space at 2455 W. International Speedway Boulevard for their new location in Daytona Beach. The 46,000 square foot space is next door to the Daytona International Speedway and was formerly a Toys R Us location.

SIK is an Indianapolis-based company founded by Sarah Fisher [a retired Indy Racing League (now IndyCar Series) driver and NASCAR West series driver] and her husband, Andy O’Gara.

The complex that is already underway, will include a 16-turn indoor road course, 2 types of karts utilizing CRG electric technology (the first to do so in North America) and hospitality rooms for meetings, events and parties.

Tim C. Davis, CCIM, John W. Trost, CCIM and Randy Helle with SVN Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the leasor in this transaction.
