SVN Alliance recently negotiated the sale of a 5.1 acre commercial development site on Indian Lake Rd. in Daytona Beach, FL for $275,000.
Chris Butera, Principal at SVN Alliance, negotiated the transaction representing the seller, Consolidated Tomoka. The buyer was Downtown Transportation, LLC who was represented by Greg Antonich of Remax Commercial. Downtown Transportation, LLC intends to construct a new headquarters for their trucking business.
